Return Policy

Exchange/Return Policy
- Our Return policy lasts 14 days, once 14 days have passed unfortunately we will be unable to process a exchange. Proof of purchase is required. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges may be approved if:
- The wrong item was received (evidence is needed).
- The package has arrived in a damaged condition (evidence is needed).
- The item arrived in extremely poor quality (evidence is needed).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then you will be able to exchange for another item or store credit. If you are unable to exchange your item,please contact us at blackberrygg@yahoo.com.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
